KZG Introduces the M-Series Irons

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (September 16, 2011) – KZG, the #1 Custom ProLine™, recently released its highly anticipated M-Series Irons. The M-Series is comprised of three iron models, the ME-I, the MA-I and the MO-I, and is part of KZG’s new Forged & CNC Milled iron category. Each model varies in head size but can be ‘mix and matched’ to form the ultimate blended set. 

“We tested the M-Series at this year’s Master ClubFitter Certification Program in Germany, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive,” said Jennifer King, President of KZG. “We can now offer the feel, consistency and workability of a forging, the precision accuracy of a CNC milled head, and the unique aspect of a blended set to form the perfect set of clubs.” 

Three M-Series models are now available. The ME-I, “Milled Expert”, features a small profile ideal for the tournament player seeking increased workability and precision. The MA-I, “Milled Avid”, features a mid size profile ideal for players seeking increased control and forgiveness. The MO-I, “Milled Oversize”, features a large head ideal for mid-to-high handicap players seeking increased forgiveness and trajectory. 

The M-Series are triple forged for an incredibly soft feel and CNC milled for precision accuracy. Additionally, the top line, aesthetics, lie, loft, weight, offset and bounce are compatible among the three models. This enables a seamless progression throughout any blended set. However, each model has a different head size, perimeter weighting configuration and sole design that caters to golfers of specific skill levels. During the fitting process a KZG Dealer will determine if a standard or blended set is best suited for the golfer’s game. For example, a player that struggles with his or her long irons may find the MO-I model in #4-6 and MA-I model in #7-PW to be the ideal configuration. 

The retail price is significantly less than KZG’s popular Japanese Forged Iron line. The MSRP starts at $129 depending on shaft selection. The ME-I and MA-I are available in #3-PW and the MO-I in #4-PW. All three models are RH only (satin finish).
