John Deere Grows QuikTrak™ Stand-On Commercial Mower Line
M Series models offer compact size and new 36-inch deck option
CARY, North Carolina (October 24, 2013) – John Deere is adding to the QuikTrak line of stand-on commercial mowers with the addition of three M Series models – the 636M, 648M, and 652M. The new mower line is designed to provide professional landscape contractors excellent cut quality, compact size, and operational comfort.
John Deere QuikTrak mowers offer a lightweight, compact footprint for easy maneuverability around obstacles and contours in the turf. The zero-turn capability gives it best-in-class productivity, and they are easy to trailer, allowing crews to have multiple mowers on a job site. The M Series is also the first John Deere QuikTrak to feature a 36-inch deck.
“Commercial landscapers continue to recognize the value and versatility that stand-on mowers bring to their fleets,” said Chris Russell, John Deere product manager. “After speaking with customers, we felt it was essential to expand our line of QuikTrak mowers to provide more options for excellent stability, optimal visibility, and compact trailering.”
The M Series joins the current B Series and R Series models and is available with a 18.5-23.0 hp* engine with 36-inch, 48-inch, or 52-inch 7-gauge fabricated floating steel decks. In addition to Flat Free front tires and sealed front caster bearings, the M Series also offers a quick height of cut adjustment and a two-year, unlimited hour commercial warranty.
